This will ensure the teacher knows how many correct matches were made and can complete the student’s accomplishment list. This list will include all the matches and a place to check if the child mastered that contraction.

Mrs. Coulson is at it again! She has dropped all her match cards for contraction. They are all mixed up and her class comes back from lunch in a few minutes. Help Mrs. Coulson match up the contractions to the two words that is their pair. (For example: the contraction he’s and the match card he is.)
She has also lost all her example sentences that use contractions. She needs you to write three sentences that have at least one different contraction per sentence to use as examples for her class. (For example: He’s going to town tomorrow to watch the basketball players.)
As she is going to use these as examples for her class, check your spelling and make sure your sentences start with a capital letter and end with the correct end mark.
Mrs. Coulson will be forever grateful for your help.
